Absolutely phenomenal--easily one of the best I've ever tasted. Perfectly cooked, juicy, and packed with flavor. The pretzel bites with cheese sauce are a must-try; the cheese sauce is so good, I found myself dipping everything into it! The fries are outstandingly crisp, the fish tacos are light and flavorful, and their signature steak sandwich is an absolute knockout. The drinks are just as impressive as the food, with unique signature cocktails that perfectly complement the meal. On top of that, the service is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. If you're in the area, don't miss this place--it's worth every bite! There's limited outdoor seating, there's sports on TV, there are high tops and traditional tables. And there's beer. Plenty of beer. I started with the Pranqster, a great Belgian ale that was refreshing and packed with flavor-a solid choice to kick things off. Their beer selection is top-notch but they also have a full bar, which ensures that there's something for everyone. The food was the real highlight. The Liars Fuego steak melt was on point with the perfect bread-to-meat ratio, and the spice added an amazing kick that tied everything together. The pork ribs were just as impressive, with a smoky flavor, a nice char, and tender meat. Be sure to ask for extra BBQ sauce on the side. It's worth it! Service was excellent, even though the bartender got slammed at one point. His attentiveness never wavered, and he made sure everyone was taken care of. The ambiance was laid-back and enjoyable. I visited during off-peak hours, so it wasn't noisy, but the AC wasn't working, which made things a bit warm inside. That said, they do run misters on the patio, which is a nice touch. Overall, Blue Palms Brewhouse delivers on all fronts. Great beer, delicious food, and attentive service make this a spot I'd happily return to! ”
